(Peace Eagle is a state-of-the-art military surveillance aircraft being developed by Boeing and sold directly to the Turkish Air Force. I voluntarily resigned in 2008 to live abroad and travel).

  • Worked daily with foreign suppliers and the Peace Eagle customer both in Seattle and Ankara, Turkey at all levels including requirements analysis, technical design, contract management, operational testing, and cost and schedule impact issues
  • Served as Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) Meeting Focal for my team, coordinated with engineering, management, and finance departments to implement mitigation and implementation plans that saved $2M; represented my team at RIO board with top-level program management
  • Helped scope and negotiate multiple customer and supplier cost uppers ranging from $50K to $2.5M
  • Participated in an extensive 1.5 month technical and contractual analysis and interpretation of 180 ambiguous prime contract requirements
  • Led creation of the Phase 1 Test Plan (out of 2 aircraft pre-delivery test phases) for a major aircraft subsystem by working with information security, export control (ITAR), software test, facilities, contracts, and supplier management departments
